Staple Helper(the one you should rely on most): Parakarry First off, explore Toad Town sewers as deep as possible. Raise yourself to 15 BP off the Bloopers and open up the sewer pipes that lead to previous lands. Return any letters that go to those places. Then go above ground and challenge the Master three times with a Power Bounce, Power Smash, and Zap Tap(at least). That should be three easy bouts. Then use Sushie off the south port in the same scene to reach the Super Block in the pipe on the island and the Star Piece near the house. This should take about an hour.
