Shortcut 1: On the straight stretch of track after the one that rains stars, you can use a mushroom to jump off to the other side. You will jump right over it if you go straight, so go into a backwards power slide and use the mushroom just in time to make a hilariously long jump. If done correctly, you will land safely on the other track.

Shortcut 2: On the backstretch, you can hop on a narrow section. It's got tons of boost plates, giving you insane speed!
