-Go through the first door and enter the area where you must climb the clouds. Fall down the waterfall, staying near the center of the screen. Enter the door you land by. Pick the potion from the huge patch of plants and throw it somewhere over in the other area(I suggest exactly left of the door.)
-After you've climbed up to the area with all the pansers that begins near a Big Shy Guy, pick up the next potion on the two-block hill just past your first panser. Then super jump to the cloud above it and lay the door there.

3-2
-Don't pick up the big POW block, run further. Bomb the bricks that lead to the underground passage, then grab the potion and go there yourself. Put the potion near the small upraising in the ground.
-There'll be a point where you can go past the ladder to lead you further. Use it, and you'll find a whole new room. Use the leftmost grass to blow a hole up in the left set of blocks, then set a potion next to the hole.

3-3
-When you hit outside, there should be a patch of four grasses nearby. Pick the potion and lay it on the middle post behind you.
-When going through the castle, unless you use the shortcut, you should come across a part with two ninjis hopping on a platform above you, with a spark floating around it and two other sparks rotating about mushroom blocks. Climb up the right ladder above the platform to get the potion, then go back down. Lay it on the second most top layer's either leftmost or rightmost block.
