![]() ![]() Genre: Board Game Year Released: 2000(N64) Number of Players: 1-4 simultaneously Looks like Mario's first party was so fun that he decided to throw another one! But now everyone's arguing over what they should call their land. But then Bowser comes to crash the party-AGAIN... Toad's got a good idea-name the land after the Superstar who defeats Bowser. Who will be declared the Superstar? Find out and see! Graphics: The graphics haven't changed all that much, but that's a good thing, probably, as the characters are still all easy to see in the middle of a minigame. Play Control: The play control hasn't changed, either, and that's definitely a good thing. The control stick-rotating minigames have been trashed for this one, so there'll be no sore hands at this party. Sound: The music and sound is just as excellent as the original Mario Party. It would be nice if the characters said different things this time around, however... Challenge: Not very challenging, not even as challenging as the first Mario Party. But this game is to be played with other people, and that's where the challenge and replay value comes from. The Bottom Line: A boring game in single player, but one of the best multiplayer experiences the N64 has to offer. Why not bring it to a real party?
