Animal Crossing Review

Year Released: 2002 (Game Cube)

Number of Players: 1 - 4 (alternating)

You decide to move to a new town. This place is amazing!

Graphics: They look to have been done on the N64. That adds to the game's style, however. Oh, yeah, everyone's head is big.

Play Control: Easy! You can play with one hand. However, fishing, bug catching and most of all shoveling have somewhat less than great control. Nothing to whine about.

Sound: I ended up turning the volume way down unless I was catching bugs. Repetitive. However, a travelling dog makes some great tracks--sadly, only to play inside your house.

Challenge: None, really... Well, unless you want to complete the museum collection. Comparable to Mario Paint's pointlessness.

The Bottom Line: It's... erm... fun. Nothing really to boast about, save enjoyment. Get it! Oh yeah, if you have a Game Boy Advance, you'll definitely want to check out the E-Reader and the Nintendo Game Cube to Game Boy Advance Link Cable.
