![]() ![]() Year released: 1990 (Game Boy) Number of Players: 1 Graphics: Big and simple. The size of the graphics makes gameplay somewhat hard on such a small screen, since sometimes things seem to come from nowhere. Play control: Left and right to move left and right, A or B to jump, and the other button to attack (button configuration can be made on the stage select screen, which is always opened). Sound: Nothing worth talking about. :b Challenge: Hit the attack button as the enemy approaches before the enemy can attack you. In that, Fall of the Foot Clan feels more like an LCD game (like Game and Watch) than a Game Boy game. Bosses require a little more thought, since you have to figure out when to jump, walk, and attack respectively. Altogether, this game has pretty simple challenges--simple in gameplay, that is. The actual difficulty of the game can get decently high. Gameplay: Not much here. Just move forward, attack, move forward, attack.
Bottom line: A nice diversion absolutely bankrupt of thought.
