Review of Hitchhiker's Guide to Video Games

Founded: July 2001

URL: http://www.gamehiker.com/

Layout and Look: Calm gray and yellow with hot red and white. The navigation bar is on the right, which is something I haven't seen much. There's also a menu at the top where you can access any part of the site.

Getting Around: As I said, there's a menu at the top and a navigation bar at the left, so you won't find it hard to get where you want to go. The menu is a bit odd until you have to click (which isn't evident at first because your cursor doesn't change from a pointer to a hand).

Loading Time: Not too bad. Slower computers might slightly bore you.

Variety: Take some popular games and provide A-Z-like coverage for it. Then there are theories about the games, too. Not much variety, but at the depth these two categories go, it works. Also, this site currently only does Nintendo games.

Usefulness: If you need to know something about popular Nintendo games, go here, it'll have it. Also, theories can make you understand the games better.

Anything Else?: Message board, fan fics.

The Bottom Line: ...Wow.

Yay!
